I’m still in a good amount of pain from the pulled hamstring..

Mickey doesn’t understand that I can’t run him or take him for walks because he lunged at a guy on our last walk and when I took a big step that’s when I pulled the muscle 😫😮💨. I’ve got to figure out a way to get some of his energy out now. I wrapped food and treats up in a towel so he had to figure out how to get to all the food. I’ve not been to the gym 2 days…it’s killing me not to work out😭.
