









I did a bunch of cooking over the weekend. Grilled 6 large chicken breasts & 3 pork chops. Roasted asparagus, sweet onions, red potatoes and some carrots. Such a healthy meal and so delish!😋 .
Worked out lower body today, but with light weight or body weight only. Focusing on slowing the movement and getting full muscle extension and contraction. Still no running, but have been able to walk Mickey both morning and evening. Going to take him Saturday to try doggy daycare. Figured gives him socializing with other dogs in controlled environment and expend some energy!!!
