It’s clear that she’s been a ravenous pig even though she tried to hide the evidence - the crumbs, the stains, the messed up makeup, bloat, etc. She finally makes it to the elevator to get to the top floor and discovers that the elevators are down. Her worst nightmare just happened 😭😭😭😭😭 you get to see her struggle to climb up several flight of stairs with her belly fully exposed and bloated while she has to take several breaks sitting on the stairs in pain 🐷🐷🐷🐷
