It sucks having all this time off and Can’t weekly workout and just kinda have been eating whatever and resting hopefully can get back training it’s killing me!! And making me self conscious a little to feel so soft but my one breasts incision is healing and I don’t want to hurt it any further as the skin stretching to accommodate my implants it opened a little. The doctor says it’s fine and happens a lot and I’ll be ok just want to not make it worse but know it’s killing me not really shooting and being active
