I swear I have the funniest fans😄☺️ I am having an amazing week AND a busy one😁 I’m learning how to get benefits, retirement, and HR in place for my company (which is super exciting!! and a whole lotta paperwork, meetings, money, and signatures😅). I’m doing the finishing touches to my will and trust (which is a lot of phonecalls, paperwork, appointments, and signatures😅). As well as taking a couple courses to help me grow and expand my business.🤓 It’s ALL good things, but it’s def a bit daunting when I’ve never done anything like this before! But this is true anytime we uplevel. We don’t know what we don’t know. And it’s okay to not know! Every time I’ve had to call someone about something I don’t know, I tell the person on the other line, “Please talk to me like I’m in kindergarten. This is all new to me, and I’m not even sure what to ask, so please over explain everything to me.”😄 It’s soo helpful because I don’t have to act like I know something when I don’t, it allows me to be supported in all the ways I need it, and it makes the whole process a bit smoother!
