Plus a drop set. 4 sets each: 1️⃣ seated row first 2 sets 12-15 reps(warm up) last 2 sets 6-10 reps If you don’t feel warm you can add another warm up set. Superset 2&3 2️⃣ lat pull down 8-12 reps 3️⃣ lat push down 12-15 reps(lighter weight) 4️⃣ db bent over row 8-12 reps 5️⃣ rear cable fly 8-12 reps Do a little dance, admire yourself in the mirror and go home!
