Somehow bacteria got up into my prostate several weeks ago and, let me tell you, it's been AWFUL! For weeks I could barely go to the bathroom, and I was running fevers most days because the inflamed prostate messes with body temperature--and inflames the nerves all through the lower body. So I get near-constant aches/pains from my pelvis, down my legs and into my feet. Thankfully, my doctor figured out what it was and now I am on a long-term antibiotic and taking ibuprofen every 4 hours. The improvement is noticeable, but this, unfortunately, is a stubborn condition: Apparently it takes a good while for medicine to make its way fully into the prostate. I can definitely still get hard, though there's some discomfort. Thanks in advance for your patience as I deal with this :)
