This is my 5th time going through it. I have Audible so I listen to books while cleaning, doing laundry etc. You should too! Chores donât have to be boring and monotonous if youâre learning while doing them. đ I also highly recommend âLost Connectionsâ by Johann Hari. Itâs all about how we are so cut off from each other now and how it affects our mental health. Anyone who has read these books or reads them will get free videos. â¤ď¸
