Added 2019-10-12 03:18:16 +0000 UTCDid my first weigh in since I had my surgery over a month ago-I’m 149.0lbs and actually was surprised thinking I’d weigh more :) No weight goal for me as I don’t mind the where I’m at, just happy to start working out and hope to start lifting weights. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good home gym? I don’t like to go to the gym and prefer to work out from home.
