I'm not going to get too in detail but want to address what happened to me- today hundreds of my own tweets on my own page on Twitter was falsely deleted and I was slapped with a DMCA copyright infringement (basically someone hired a company to lie and accused me of stealing my own content). In order to hire someone, there needs to be verified proof that the person you are accusing is infact commiting copyright infringement. As it's my own stuff, you'd think I would have received a notice, or something but I didn't. I was locked out of my Twitter account, hundreds of tweets/media were taken down and no reason exactly why. I'm more than upset, I'm hurt this happened. I'm hurt someone paid a legitimate company to take my own stuff down and am now fighting for my rights. I believe whoever is behind this also has been attacking my Instagram accounts (both of them) as almost EVERY post gets slapped with violations and deleted. I'm hiring an attorney and will fight this because it's illegal to file a dmca copyright infringement action without proof or in "good faith" and my husband and I have been learning a lot about false dmca claims. What's really bizarre, the attorney hired is from a very reputable site and it's mind blowing how he could do this without looking into the matter more. I'm not lying when I say it's hundreds of my own personal tweets that were falsely taken down. I'm at a loss for words and sorry I'm not in good spirits. While I have zero to hide and positive I'll win this, I just want to be left alone and tired of the constant crap. It's not "haters" but someone who really wants me gone from all social media it appears. Regardless of who falsely hired the attorney and for what reason, it hurts and I'm trying to figure out all this.
