I suffered some traumatic events when I was younger and for some damn reason, I had a ton of flashbacks last night. I don’t know why, and couldn’t shake it. When I did fall asleep, I dreamed of the flashbacks. My face today is puffy, my eyes are heavy. I’m ok for sure so noooooooo worries but it was just a heavy night. I am a very open person and being on social media means y’all will see all sides of me. We all go through some heavy stuff and I hope everyone is coping the best way they can. For a few days my mind has been full with a lot of stuff so I’m ready to let it goooo and the best way for me to work things out is to work out. Soon, “thank the gods, the old and the new”. Btw, that saying is from GOT, I say it daily so it’s just normal to me but want to make sure people know, lol Ok, I’m off to my hair appointment. Getting wispy bangs, darker hair and ready for a change🙏🏻❤️
