When I first came to class, I thought it was just a set of physical exercises. But with each class I realized more and more how yoga helps not only to strengthen the body, but also to calm the mind. It's like a little journey inside myself where I find harmony and balance🌿
Each asana is not just a movement, but an opportunity to listen to my body and feelings. I love that moment when all worries are left outside the gym and I can focus only on myself💖
