O/our mental health is one of the most important aspects of life. It can affect one’s physical, emotional & spiritual well-being & affect the relationships around U/us. It’s necessary to communicate honestly in the D/s relationship to achieve a healthy dynamic in ownership, kink & servitude. It’s also ok to take breaks if it feels needed. Time to recharge and re-energize but again...ust communicate because communication is also good for positive mental health
