Added 2021-09-16 22:23:03 +0000 UTCstarting my day pissed off & stressed. i just received an email telling me my ticket for beyond wonderland has shipped, when i requested to transfer it to next year. the event is 2 weeks away. this was not in my plan. talked to others about it & they said it was a 2-step verification process to transfer. i submitted my request 4 months ago & received an email from the event organizers saying they received it. apparently, there was supposed to be a second email sent to me asking if I'M REALLY SURE I WANT TO TRANSFER, which i NEVER RECEIVED. therefore, this is not my fault that they were incompetent and did not process the requests of their customers. why make us jump through fucking hoops for something that doesn't need to be so complicated? i know it's just a ploy to get more people to go to the event & repurchase for next year. fuck ticketing services it's all a scam. 🖕
