They have acknowledged their mistakes and are going to refund me fully. I won't just book a different trip out of nowhere right now but I surely will in the near future when this is all sorted out! I've been taking things slow today and relaxed for a bit, I just got out of the jacuzzi and I am enjoying one last wine before bed. Hopefully you all had a nice day.
