(and looking in the mirror also 🤣) *jokes, right?* 👉 No, but seriously now. My body isn't perfect yet, but I feel perfect because I WORK HARD and that's only one the most important thing for me right now. I came back to workouts, 'clean' eating and good routine, taking care of my body and mental health, I came back to it all after such a long time...! I always used to have a model body when was a teenager, I mean REALLY model body... And then I gained about 20 kilos... (+15 in 2018, then lost about 12 in 2019 and then in 2020 I gained about 17...) I know probably lesss than 10% of you read this and that's completely fine (maybe even better) and I know lesss than 5% of you care (that's fine also). I never said all that, only few of you knew it, so I say it now for the first time. That's not difficult for me, no! On the contrary - I could talk and talk about it. But I just don't wanna be like 'oh look at me I change my body now, look at me all, I am gonna be in a good shape again, look at me all' because I don't need it at all. The only two reasons I said it all are: - I am so happy I just wanna share because I appreciate you, - wanna give you motivation. If you don't feel good with your body and it's possible to change it - do it. The best motivation is result. So hey, man! do everything to get the results and then... work even harder. Oh my, forgive me that 😂😂🤣
