With many of you located around the world, I wanted to share one of my favorite dishes from here. I hope you enjoy :) My family’s recipes consist of: Mushrooms Salmon Bamboo Root Shrimp Scallop Tofu Noodles (sometimes we have whole crab in it aswell, but it is currently not in season here)
