The moment I step outside, I start sweating instantly π¦ It's like walking into an oven! π₯ I can barely go a few minutes without feeling like I'm melting π‘οΈ Because of this extreme heat, I rely on air conditioning a lot π§ But the constant switching between the scorching heat outside and the cool indoors is really taking a toll on me. Sometimes, I feel a sharp pain in my kidneys π£ I guess it's the sudden temperature changes and the constant chill from the air conditioner βοΈ I'm trying to stay hydrated and take care of myself, but it's tough π§ Despite these challenges, I'm still enjoying my time here. Korea is amazing, even in the summer heat! π°π· I just hope it cools down soon so I can feel more comfortable πΊ Stay cool, everyone! βοΈπ
