The past year has been really challenging for my mental health but you can see that I’m finally my normal self again. I’m sure you can see how I changed and then slowly changed back to normal. I feel really vulnerable opening up about my mental health struggles the past year as I’m usually naturally optimistic …. Maybe I’ll make a video on it soon. It was just extreme anxiety from things going on in my life. 💕💕💕
