I’m angry at myself for letting it get so far but truly I just don’t leave under the blankets until I really need to. It’s been hard and I know I’m a crazy rollercoaster but I really appreciate you for stickin around. I’m gonna try to get my mind back on track, create more routines to keep myself active. Winter has never been nice to me but this time, maybe I can conquer it!
