The squash & zucchini are from my garden. 😁 Everything was delish!😋 I'm stuffed😬 Here's my tip...I purchase a whole tenderloin when the grocery store puts them on sale about $11/lb. I then cut them in medallions and get 12 -13 filets from it...yes tenderloin is a filet...you're just not paying $23/lb. I use my vacuum sealer to freeze my filets.
