

Lunch today. Inside the tortilla wrap is turkey taco skillet. I love it because 1 pan and has all the healthy suspects. Ground turkey, black beans, corn, salsa, quinoa, fire roasted tomatoes. The tortilla only has 50 calories, high fiber, decent net carbs. I add Mexican style cheese to the inside of the wrap. I use the black bean & corn salsa and my favorite substitute for sour cream is Greek yogurt 😋. You can start drooling now😄
