



Got my workout in, as always.π I did 5 rounds of each and didn't need a finisher. Squats were with 40 kg bar & 2- 25lb plates (just shy of 100lbs). Situps are done with 35lb kb on my chest. I am no cardio queen, tho I do get my cardio inπ. Afterwards, Toby & I hit the water! Playing & paddleboarding on the river π₯°
