It was a volunteer plant (basically something that comes up from compost). Honestly, thought it was another spaghetti squash. I was super surprised. However, the only thing to do with it is shred it & make zucchini bread or double chocolate zucchini bread (basically tastes like brownies 😋). I'd have to take it into work tho as I gave up excess sugars 3 yrs ago.
