

Yes, that is 50lb dumbbell on my chest. Oh...so this probably didn't help the hamstrings, but I deadlifted 185lbs 😁. My legs were shaking and I bruised the left palm🙄...maybe I should strap-in next time😜🤣. After the lifts, I couldn't do anymore at that weight so dropped 50 lbs off & did another 10 lifts💪💪💪
