


Apparently ya'll really like to see me sweat๐ Boxing at 6am. I'm actually walking in about 5.30am when he's turning on the lights to get in 20+min on elliptical. I crank up the resistance to work on my tight ass ๐๐. 1st 15min is cardio & getting warm. 8- 3min rounds & last 15min is all core. ๐ I do this religiously 3days/wk... just shy of 8yrs now. Yes, I โค it! Great sweat & certainly a way to work out frustrations of daily life...I've had enough of these past several years! ๐ Hope you enjoy your day๐
