


The workout this morning. I did modify. I went with 15/16 reps, added 15 burpees. Basically 2 cycles then move to next group of exercises. After 60 total burpees, I figured that was enough. I got in wall balls & finally ended with deadlifts. I started with 185, then had to drop down to 155. Went to walk out of the gym to run Toby. Heavy mist sent me back in & ran on treadmill, 2.15mi. What still amazes me is how quickly my heart rate crashes (my body is extremely quick at recovery).
