



I believe the workout this morning is effective 😁💪🦵2nd round I skipped last 4 exercises & went with chest presses. I had quite a bit of pulling exercises so I needed some more pushing to balance, somewhat. I knew Toby was tired from the weekend so I stayed at the gym & logged in 2+mi on treadmill. Workout longer...I just get caught up in the moment 💪 💁🏼♀️😏
