If I was stuck doing zumba or step aerobics, I'd never workout. Find what you LOVE! Um, no I don't exactly enjoy getting up at 5AM. Sleep is one of a few things I lack in a healthy lifestyle. 🙄 If they could put another 4-6 hrs in a day...I'd be golden 😂. Have a great day!
