Added 2021-12-22 14:52:44 +0000 UTCGood morning y'all! I made it to FL to be with my sister until next week. I went to Crossfit with her and did lots more rowing than I'm used to. Also there was 5 rounds that included 10-15 pull-ups. Since I can't do a pull-up I did a banded assist. I know I'll be feeling it tomorrow! There were 3 rounds of 800 meter runs. Lot more cardio today. Time to get back to work🙂. Enjoy your day!!!😙
