Here are some pics of me getting ready before shoots. Normally when I’m doing my hair I’m listening to an audiobook. I find listening to books relaxing and I’m better at retaining info like this. However last week I was listening to the book The Art of Stopping Time and it transpired that the book is best enjoyed in physical form, so I took a screenshot of the audio to remind myself to buy the physical copy. Classically this didn’t work - I still need to buy it! 🙊
I recommend this book to people who feel rushed, like there is never enough time. It offers a different perspective to time-management and gently suggests ways to reclaim time.
